Returns Policy

Barrington Outfitters will accept returns of unworn, re-saleable, regular price merchandise for a refund only, when received by us within thirty (30) days of original shipping date to you. We do not accept exchanges for online purchases; please re-place the order with the shoes you wish to purchase. Merchandise must be returned in the original shoe box with a copy of your order confirmation, sales receipt or packing slip. Shoe box must be shipped back with an outside carton. Merchandise with manufacturing defects will be replaced or refunded at our discretion.

Freight must be prepaid, and the merchandise must be returned in the original packaging materials. No freight charges are refundable for any reason other than a shipping error on our part.

Shipping

We can ship to any address in the United States and Canada. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

UPS Ground or USPS, Priority Mail

UPS Ground is Free of charge unless otherwise noted on the website, subject to change at retailer's discretion. 

** UPS 2nd day air $19.00 for the first pair, $6.00 additional pairs on the same order 

** UPS next day air $40.00 for the first pair, $10.00 additional pairs on the same order

** Second day and Next day Delivery may not be available on all items. If you need a product right away, please call 413.528.0021 between 9AM - 5PM Eastern time to check availability and to place your order. If you call after hours, please leave a message with our answering service and we will return your call the next business day

To Canada

Via US Airmail is US $25.00 for the first pair and $5.00 for each additional pair. The Customer is responsible for all Customs duties.

Outside the U.S. and Canada

US Airmail is US $39.50 for the first pair and $8.00 per additional pair on the same order. The customer is responsible for all applicable Customs duties.

If the item you order is out of stock and will be delayed, we will inform you of the expected delivery date, unless you inform us otherwise.
